Here’s a new floor lamp that I’m thinking about getting for my room. I like the shade, but its not going to work out with the style of my new room. This was the only floor lamp that I liked on the Ikea website. Good thing is that they sell different types of lamp shades!
I’m not sure what lamp style to with for my side table. I like the turquoise lamp, but I also like the white Lampan Table Lamp. Decisions, decisions…
Comic Con Exclusives for 2008
These are some of the Exclusives I might be getting at the con. There’s just so much stuff that I must have, but these are the main things I’ll be getting. I’m super excited about the King Grayskull exclusive! This is the year for MOTU and I can’t wait to see the line up for the new MOTU classics. This will be opening doors for POP (I hope so!). I read that POP characters might be in the classics line as well. I think Adora will be appearing in the line first. More info over at He-Man.org
I’m all over the Mini Mates Exclusives and the Mighty Muggs too! I just recently found out about the Mighty Muggs and I think they are the cuteness! My MLP exclusive pony from last year will have a companion to fight crime (or to fight against). The no eye thing is awesome and the colors go so well with each other. Also, Tofu the Vegan Zombie is so cool! Knowing that human flesh is not on his diet (well just don’t take out the tofu in his head and we’ll be fine) makes it a whole lot better!

Miss Sally Rice
I was so amazed when I saw Miss Sally Rice! MSR is MRM’s friend and she will have the same vintage skin tone like MRM, but a bit more fairer. I LOVE MRM and her waxy/yellowish skin! MSR is just down right perfect! After Enchanted Petal’s disappointment, I figured that the melon hair color won’t be used on another Blythe for a while (I was sooo wrong!). MSR’s Stock is the cutest and her dress is so adorable! I also like that fact that she comes with black platform Maryjanes (Looks like UT’s Maryjanes). I forgot to mention that MSR will be a RBL and I believe she’s not limited. I will definitely be pre ordering her in august! I was also going to get MRM, but she’ll have to wait lol.
Fall Whisper
I never really cared about Blythe clothes set’s, but when I saw this, I definitely thought about Sarah! This would be something she would wear. The skirt has such a pretty retro pattern and it’s embroidered! o_o
Bow Wow Trad
Bow Wow Trad is another Blythe coming out. August is a really bad month for my wallet, thats for sure LOL! I’m not certain yet if she will be coming home to live with me. I love her and her stock, but I’ll wait for the official pictures and see what happens from there.
Lately I’ve been sewing up a storm! I’ve done so many dresses and I recently did 3 sets too. I had some trouble with the Skull Rampage Lolita shirt. Gathered balloon sleeves are the worse! I think I got the hang of it a bit, so hopefully the next shirt I do will go a bit more smoother. I spent most of my weekends at home sewing and my poor BF has been cutting up things for me to help me speed things up. I’ll most likely be sewing during the next few weeks and weekends non stop until Comic-Con. When I get back from Comic-Con I’ll most likely keep up this sewing pace, but slow it down a bit.
